Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, executing and measuring a range of digital marketing initiatives that include well-established digital tactics as well as employing cutting-edge technologies that optimize marketing efforts and create competitive advantage.

You’ll work in partnership with existing Product, Marketing and Sales functions within each organization in order to enable brand awareness, direct sales and lead generation. Success in this role requires a rich background in digital media, digital applications, strong project management skills, a well-developed creative orientation and an entrepreneurial bent that inspires unexpected and surprising paths toward desired business objectives. It is critical that you be a self-starter who is setting priorities, pushing toward deadlines and capable of working with a good degree of autonomy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conceive of a calendar of digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve brand websites
  • Build presence in a range of social media channels through a mix of paid and unpaid Programs
  • Build and maintainGoogle Ads programs
  • Manage the creation of digital marketing content
  • Optimize SEO / SEM
  • Track, measure and report upon brand presence on a range of platforms and program results
  • Continually monitor digital marketing of competitors, trends and industry best practices

Qualifications/Experience

  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Must have Consumer (B2C) marketing experience
  • Must have strong background in Google Ads
  • Must have extensive background in Social Media (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Highly collaborative and also comfortable working autonomously
  • Sophisticated and advanced knowledge of social media channels
  • Website build and maintenance experience
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work environment – office and remote
